U.S citizen detained by ICE says she was denied water for 24 hours

Andrea Velez was taken into ICE custody during immigration enforcement operations in Los Angeles. She said she was held for 24 hours without access to water despite providing proof of citizenship. KNBC’s Hetty Chang reports.
