President Donald Trump and India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a joint news conference at the White House, where Modi spoke of his optimism of a good partnership between the U.S. and India, and added that his vision for a developed India is to “Make India Great Again,” or “MIGA.” 

Tonight, Democrats are pushing back over President Trump’s efforts to sharply reduce federal spending recommended by his Department of Government Efficiency. President Trump said he also wants to abolish the Department of Education “immediately.” NBC News’ Kelly O’Donnell reports
