British Prime Minister weighs in on U.S. framework with Ukraine over mineral rights

In a new interview with NBC News’ Lester Holt, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said, “I can see the value in the approach in relation to minerals” and said “But I can see very clearly the argument that President Trump makes.”
